In
Solergibert Cellar the wine process is strictly observed.
- Land: The
best land is carefully selected. The land is
analysed and fertilized, and then the right stem
is chosen.
- Plantation:
The vine plantation space in our vineyards is of
1,5x2,6 m and the vine is trained in three
treads; thus, the grapes are in the sunshine.
- Vintage: The
ripeness of the grapes is observed. When the
sugar and acidity in them is in the best
condition, the harvest is started: white
varieties are harvested by hand; and red
varieties are harvested manually or mechanically.
